How to Order

Whether you have a specific image you'd love to see lit up on the side of your case, or just a vague idea, you've come to the right place!

Step 1:

Design
You know you want something cool but are not sure what. No problem! I can create original artwork for you. Just send an e-mail to tailin@kitsunecases.com and we can discuss the details. All you need is an idea of what you would like and I can work up several different ideas and submit them for your approval.

Already have an idea of what you want? Have an image you'd love to see adorning your case? Just about anything short of a photo can be converted with relative ease into a positive/negative design for a case window. Simply contact me via e-mail and we can discuss the details of what you would like done. Once I receive your image, I will convert it and sent it back to you for your approval.

Pricing
Depending on the complexity of the design, most side panel windows such as those in my examples will run approximately $120. This includes the cost for tools and material to make the cut-out. Simple designs may be significantly less while something as complex as my .//hackSIGN case may be a bit more. I will provide an initial estimate when you chose what design you wish to have cut/etched. The final price will never be more than $40 over the estimate.

Step 2:

Shipping
If this design is for your current case, simply mail me the panel to be cut or etched. Once received, I will e-mail you to let you know it has arrived. From there, you can expect the finished panel will be done within a week.

If you are buying a new case and the seller allows it, you can have it shipped directly to me and I can then mail the case back to you once complete.

Step 3:

Payment
Once the work is completed, I can e-mail you a digital photo of the completed work. At this point, you may make a payment via Paypal or send me a money order. Indicate what method you wish me to use to return your case or side panel.
